What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a proactive Working Student in Office Operations who keeps our office running and our team happy. You’ll take ownership of the space, create structure, and help shape an environment where people enjoy coming to work. As a fast-growing startup, we value your ideas, creativity, and hands-on mindset — you’ll have real impact from day one.
The day-to-day
- Office Control
Keep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly - Supply Management
Coordinate cleaning, waste, and keep track of supplies - Provisioning
Make sure snacks, drinks, and office essentials are always available - Kitchen Ops
Take care of kitchen routines (coffee machine, dishwasher, order) - Facility Support
Support improvements, setups, and furniture organization
You should apply if you

You’re an enrolled student - Language
English at C1 level, German ideally C2 - Work style
Organized, reliable, and hands-on - Mindset

Comfortable working with teams and external partners
