We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Senior FPV Drone Pilot & Training Lead to design, execute, and continuously evolve our training and demonstration capabilities for governmental and professional clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering mission-oriented FPV training programs, planning and conducting technical demonstrations, and representing the company in operational environments. This is a hands-on, field-driven position where you will directly shape how our technology is experienced, understood, and adopted, ensuring high-impact delivery and strong credibility with defense, security, and industry partners.

The day-to-day
- Objective: Design and deliver professional FPV training programs for governmental and industrial clients
- Execution: Plan and conduct technical demonstrations and live operational showcases
- Representation: Act as company representative during trainings, demonstrations, and industry events
- Instruction: Deliver hands-on training aligned with mission-oriented and operational standards
- Development: Continuously refine and standardize training concepts and demo frameworks
